High School is a great time for students to prepare for adult life that they are intended for. Our high school curriculum at Karmel is designed to equip students with all the requisite skills they need to function successfully in society. Personality development, communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills form the key aspect of our high school teaching, Students are also trained to develop a sense of professionalism as they prepare to enter college after high school, and then into the job stream. This helps them prepare for their professional future. The high school curriculum also focuses on  the development of the emotional, intellectual, social, physical and aesthetic development of students. Students are taught to explore, question, challenge, evaluate and analyze and only then assimilate the knowledge they gain. Active participation in all academic activities is encouraged and students are nurtured in an environment of collaboration and respect.
